Community organisations may qualify for a free or discounted rate. Eligible events must be business or community-facing, not private, and held within the nominated event-space hours. Alcohol cannot be sold without an appropriate liquor licence. Attendance must remain within the space’s allocated capacity. Cleaning fees and a bond may apply.

The Cohort Events Space seats 100 people, with an outdoor area for food and drinks. The space is equipped with 2 x projectors, 4 x microphones, PA’s and Audio, and Lighting.
