Who we are

Established in 2012, CoSpaces is an Australian pioneer in coworking and commercial management. Our team is experienced in the delivery of coworking communities, support systems, and flexible work places. We design, curate, market, and lease stunning spaces; and do so with strong connections to place and local community.
We carefully plan and design entertaining and educational events along with bespoke programs for our members and partners. We don’t just manage buildings, facilities or provide concierge services. We design and curate experiences and engaged communities to achieve better outcomes for tenants, landlords and cities.

CoSpaces are an ethical and sustainable business supplier. With a full-time Community and Sustainable Design Lead, our company is dedicated to reviewing business practices and supply chains to ensure our facilities and management incorporates sustainable practices.

Our partnership with One Tree Planted see’s us plant one tree for every community member at our spaces. To date we have planted over 300 trees in Australia for our existing coworking and private office tenants.
